Monday we all headed up to the north shore of Lake Thun to St. Beatus Caves. A monk in the 6th century slayed the dragon who lived here and then he moved in. The monk was buried here and then it was made a pilgrimage site. It's still a bit of a hike up from the lake but the wonders are amazing!

A quick snack in the car then over to Trümmelbach Falls in Lauterbrunnen Valley. The falls are half in the mountain and half carving it out. It is very difficult to get the right perspective in the pictures so you'll just have to come and see for yourself :)

With a bit of blue skies we headed to Grindelwald with some Alp views for my dad!
The funniest part was with Ryan's impatience to get home he didn't even realize the turns we made to end up in Grindelwald. As we retold our last Trottibike stories he jumped in to say where they were lost, but mid sentence he exclaimed, "hey, how did we get here, I thought we were heading home." What a funny boy :)
