Apricots and Neighbor's Yard

Ursula's son, Lorenz, who is out of town, had lots of apricots ready to be picked at his place of business so Ursula invited us to pick with her.
We filled all the pots we brought and Ursula's pot and the neighbors' pots :)
Then we ate, and ate, and ate a few more.
Then a quick nap.  The next door neighbor with the ladder was very helpful with the picking, then he gave us a tour of his garden.

This is the Swiss flower with the white cross in the middle!

Sweetest strawberries, ever!  Next to the Mount Hood strawberries :)

After we ate all around the garden, we dropped off the goods at home then headed to the Thunersee to tour the Oberhofen Schloss.

We just couldn't help ourselves--we found another playground and just had to play.

A little house in the gardens behind the castle

Returned home to make freezer jam and apricot smoothies!
