Kent, Ryan and Nate all participated in the school track and field meet. I was helping with the long jump so I didn't get any pics of the kids. Nate's teacher sent a few of Nate. We had great weather and lots of great effort! Kent won the 800, the 400, the 200 and took 5th in the 100 for his division. Because of cut offs we has competing with the 15 and up age group. Ryan was also the youngest in his division but ran well with 1sts in the 200 and 100. Nathan likes the element of competition and actually completed his 800 and 200 races (something he didn't do during practices :)
Spring has filled out our backyard with lots of green leaves and beautifully colored weeds :)

After dinner in the garden house, a quick game of frisbee and then a walk in the park.
Am I just trying to keep a grasp on her?

Kent and Ryan had school trips the last half of the week. Ryan went to Lenk, Switzerland to study the vegetation (was he in a hurry to leave or just trying to get out of the picture?). Kent went to Strasbourg, France with his french class.
This is how I got Nathan out of bed (6:45) for school on Friday--the view from his window. He enjoyed watching the balloons light up when they turned on their fire.
| On top of the Gurten with the Swiss Alps in the distance. The color contrast with the green fields and the snow covered mountains was breathtaking. |

You have raised a bunch of talented athletes. Wow! No need to wonder where they got all that talent.
