Ryan earned his Arrow to Light.
His face was painted (early version above) with the different colors being symbolic of the Cub Scout programs he's been involved in and ready to move into the Scout program.
He walked over the bridge thanking his previous leaders.
Then he was welcomed by the 11 year old Scout troop who did a funny cheer:)
