We went hiking at Silver Falls. The first descent was very icy so we walked down on the hand rail instead of the stairs. It was definitely colder than when my dad and I ran it a few months ago.
The kids enjoyed the snow/ice and enjoyed a quick snowball fight. We kept them moving before anybody knocked out someone's eye.
There were a few more side waterfalls than the last trip there.
