Visiting the Bern temple
Then a short tour of the lower part of Bern. We're just trying to keep Lily awake :)
Another treasure hunt, this time with 2 teams, each team having their 3 members tied together at the wrist with ties. Can't remember who won but they did eventually find the puzzle.
Monday morning we woke the Roths up bright and early and drove up to Grindelwald for some skiing and sledging.
On top of Männlichen. Some with skis, one with a snowboard and the others heading for the sledging.
The first sledging corner Lily didn't quite make the turn.
But they all caught on rather quickly to enjoy some beautiful scenery and great sledding!

Not exactly sure what happened here but that's Nate face down in the snow, no skis.
Erin and I switched skis for sled at the end of the day and I skied down with the boys while she sledded down with the Roths.
Christmas Eve we finished the tour of Bern to include some shopping at the Christmas market. We also picked up our 1500 gram Zopf for Christmas Eve dinner. Nate thought he could eat it all.
The Bells joined us and the Roths for dinner and the Nativity program. Joseph led Mary, riding the donkey into Bethlehem while we all listened to the Christmas story
and sang carols as our nativity grew.
