July Fun

Nate stayed an extra week in Virginia with his grandparents and cousins.

Josh and Ryan ran the Tooele Freedom 5K Run on July 4th.  It was mostly downhill but having been at sea level the 2 weeks prior seemed to be a bit of a disadvantage for the last 1/2 mile climb.

Helping Erin and Derek move into their new apartment in Parker, Colorado.  I drove over with them on a Saturday, they were all moved in by Monday afternoon.

One advantage of having 2 motorbikes:

Lukas came up with his parents two weekends in a row!!

Ryan's last meal with no metal in the mouth for at least 18 months.  No after pictures due to lack of cooperation from the photographee.

While Nate was at Bear Lake scout camp all week, Ryan, Dan and I rode and rode and rode.

Tuesday we went to the Provo City Center Temple with Lara (visiting from Switzerland).  Afterwards we met up with Erik, Ashley and Lukas and enjoyed Seven Peaks water park until the sun went down and the winds finally chilled us.
