Happy Days

Last week we had a special fast for members of our ward.  Kent was so anxious for dinner that he set a lovely table and helped with all the meal (we should keep him hungry more often :)

My German parents (Caro's parents), who I went to visit with her in Neubrandenberg, Germany in July, came to Bern to visit.  Caro lives is a one room studio with a friend so we were lucky enough to have her parents stay with us.

 We wanted a picture with all the family.  Caro is heading to England to continue her studies so this was her goodbye to her parents.

Kent played in his first tournament games with his Bern basketball team.  They won the first game, which they weren't expected to do but lost the second game.

He is very fun to watch ;)

Caro shared with me a few of her pictures from our summer trip.  Her mom, Caro and I went to a nearby fort and dressed up in period dress.
