School was out on Friday so we hiked Our Canyon, which we now think is named "Flood Canyon", with some friends.
Wednesday this week was Regionals for the High School and Junior High. It was fun because both races were at the same park in Salt Lake City. The Junior High course is only 2 miles. Nathan ran his best time of the season.
Ryan took 7th in JV with his personal record 16:53 for a 5K (almost 8 minutes faster than his freshman time).
